Position –Manager – US Business (Location – Gurgaon)

Summary:

Provide strategic and operational support to Sentiss USA in devising a long-term strategy for the Business growth, coordinate all ongoing US initiatives on behalf of Sentiss USA with the India team, assisting in the building of a strong portfolio pipeline for Sentiss USA in conjunction with Business Development at Head Office, keeping track of budgets, coordinating Contract Manufacturing Operations, creating proposals for business expansion and new Business development for North America, creating a robustBalanced Score Card & ensuring implementation.

  • Support in devising a long-term strategy for the US business, including inorganic growth plans
  • Ensure implementation of US Balanced Score Card
  • Keep track of budgets and periodic review with the US and the India team – ensure monthly MIS for Sentiss US Business
  • Support BD US & India in the process of pipeline development for the US market
  • Coordinate all ongoing US initiatives on behalf of Sentiss USA with the India team
  • Partnering with business unit leaders within the organization to track progress of ongoing initiatives for Sentiss US business.
  • Coordinate the Contract Manufacturing Operations for US by aligning with project management/ operations/ tech-transfer teams in India for expedited TAT/ approvals/ decisions.
  • Building reports, dashboards and relevant analysis on Key Result Areas of Sentiss US Business.
  • Liaise with business leaders to comprehend workforce and hiring plans for supporting growth of Sentiss US Business and develop short and long-term recruitment goals.
  • Responsible for ensuring availability and presentation of information for all Corporate Review requirements for Sentiss, USA (Board, monthly/quarterly/annual review preparations, etc.)
  • Maintain repository of all data, information, and documents.
  • Help devise a long-term strategy for the US market to achieve targeted revenue.
  • Translate US Strategy into implementable initiatives with a Balanced Score Card (as a strategy deployment tool) and monitor execution.
  • Help evaluate acquisition opportunities for US M&A: Screen qualified targets, create term sheets/ agreements, devise appropriate transaction structures in conjunction with HO Finance/ Legal and other departments, provide advice to the management on negotiations/ negotiating strategies.

Position – Assistant Manager/Manager – President’s Office

Objective:

As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking to build a team of outstanding performers who will help drive the business and deliver as per the performance targets. The role in the President’s Office is central to this strategy. The person will be working in the pharmaceutical business and will be involved in projects with R&D and Quality and can be assigned other functions as per requirement.

The key objective of this position is to provide support to the President’s Office in developing long-term growth strategy and data analysis & insights to enable smooth running of the operations and on-time delivery of key projects. In many ways, you will work as a catalyst to ensure the company delivers to the best of its capabilities.

  • Provide strategic support and data analysis in key functions (R&D, Quality) to the President’s Office.
  • Ensure timely, data-backed quantitative and qualitative analysis along with recommendations to support him in decision making (for business cases, balanced scorecards, budgets etc.)
  • Reviewing business/department performance on a periodic basis and presenting recommendations&implementation of directives across various businesses/departments.
  • Provide updates and inputs as required. Review and share trackers, red flags, dashboards on time.
  • Organize and coordinate for senior management team meetings, strategy meets, prepare presentations /other documents for internal communications, customer meetings, etc.
  • Acts as a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.
  • EA to the President is a 2-year role whereby the candidate after demonstrating his/her ability will get the opportunity to join a functional department, which will be basis candidate’s interest and organizational requirements.

  • Working knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools will be preferred.
  • Understanding of Pharma R&D is a good-to-have Salary Range – 10 to 15 LPA based on education and experience

GM – Business Finance

Skill: CA with 10+ years of experience preferably in Pharma Industry
  • Handling FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, driving operational efficiency through variance analysis, costing.
  • Review of budget v/s variance and analysis of the same.
  • Financial planning and analysis for new business.
  • Benchmark key financial measures and identify the glidepath to best-in-class measures.

Sr. Manager – Human Resources

Skill: MBA (HR) with 10+ years of experience, handling end-to-end recruitment across levels in Pharma industry
  • consolidate the manpower plan for all levels and in consultation with various department heads and HR Head.
  • Identify the Talent acquisition plans in consultation with HR Head.
  • Develop the hiring strategy for all levels.
  • Determine the talent acquisition budgets. – Develop a network of placement agencies, identify traditional and other non-traditional sources to provide a pipeline of high-quality talent

  • Responsible for end to end procurement of all the Lab related material and services, vendor management, etc. in a most cost effective way, within stipulated time at required location, as per the user requirement.

  • Closure of calibration and validation services for SRC and Plant.
